A private outdoor area that includes an ice bath (cryotherapy tub) and a wellness bath (hydromassage tub) is a luxurious setup dedicated to muscle recovery, wellness, and relaxation. This combination offers a holistic experience, alternating the benefits of cold therapy with those of heat and hydrotherapy.

Ice Bath: Vigor's cold plunge tub, the Vigor™ Cold Plunge, was born. This tub contains water at a temperature of 7–10°C. Cold water immersion invigorates the body, increases concentration, and improves mood. It also reduces inflammation, accelerates recovery, and optimizes performance after physical activity. By incorporating cold water immersion into your wellness routine, you'll feel more energetic, strengthen your immune system, and increase resilience. It's primarily used by athletes and wellness enthusiasts to accelerate muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and improve mental clarity.

Wellness Bath: Hot Spring spa tub at 37-39°C. Immersion in hot water raises body temperature and causes blood vessels to dilate, thus increasing oxygen flow to the muscles and brain. The water's buoyancy reduces body weight, relieving pressure on sore joints and easing muscle tension. It stimulates the production of endorphins (natural painkillers), thus dissolving daily stress and tension.

For guests of the Comfort Rooms, La Legnaia is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm for private use and by reservation directly on the app. For a maximum of two hours per day, you can choose your preferred day and time from those available in the dedicated section.

The overnight stay includes free parking for your car or motorcycle, from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until check-out. Each room has only one parking space. To ensure all guests can use this space, we ask that you park your vehicle side by side, approximately half a meter apart, whenever possible.
