Casa da Carmen Boutique & Private Spa is a "new concept" facility designed and built by Mirko, the eldest son of Carmen and Cav. Uff. Romano Matuella, with twenty years of experience as technical-commercial director at a leading European company in the production of laminated wood elements of all shapes and sizes (Laminated-Wood and X-LAM) and in the complete construction of GREEN residential buildings, commercial/industrial complexes, and more.
Casa da Carmen Housekeeping is managed by our Family Team, which works efficiently to carry out all the activities contained in the ISO 9000 procedures and models (Quality Manual), with the aim of ensuring the total cleanliness and functionality of the rooms, helping to give guests a positive, relaxing and completely trustworthy experience.
Proof of this can be seen in the high-quality furnishings and functional amenities, such as the 32" SAT+DTT Smart TVs and the hypoallergenic, CE-certified, mite-proof bed linen and spa products, which are manufactured by a leading Trentino-based company in the hotel sector.
Every day between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., the equipment and materials in the facility are checked and maintained, and the premises and accommodation are sanitised, disinfected and cleaned, and the linen, courtesy sets and room minibars are checked.
Out of respect for all future guests, we ask that you use the facilities in the accommodation in an intelligent and appropriate manner. If you encounter any anomalies, please contact us immediately.
Sustainable Construction
The facility boasts a careful design that was completed in 2017. We have prioritised “people's well-being” as a guiding principle, using first-class sustainable materials, skilled labour and supervision of the various stages by a qualified energy consultant.
All these factors have enabled us to achieve excellent quality standards, high thermal insulation, good acoustic comfort and a significant reduction in waste.
We are very proud to have installed a 16 kW photovoltaic system with 30 kW storage batteries and a latest-generation condensing boiler with a 500-litre boiler connected to a solar thermal system.
