Casa da Carmen Housekeeping, is processed by our Family Team which collaborates efficiently by carrying out all the activities contained in the ISO 9000 procedures and models (Quality Manual), with the aim of guaranteeing total cleanliness and functionality of the environments, helping to give the Guest a positive, relaxing and completely trusting experience.
The demonstration of what has been said, having adopted high-level solutions both in furnishing accessories and in functional ones, see the Smart TV 32’’ SAT+DTT, the bed linen and SPA are strictly hypoallergenic, anti-mite CE certified and produced by a company Trentino leader in the Hotelier sector.
Every day in the 10.00 - 14.00 range the tools and materials present in the structure are checked and maintained, the sanitization, sanitization and cleaning of the rooms and accommodation, the control of linen, courtesy sets and minibar rooms are carried out.
Respecting all future guests, we ask that you use the accommodation amenities intelligently and appropriately. If you encounter any anomalies please contact us immediately.
We offer a wholesome breakfast, sweet and savoury, with local organic products, seasonal fruit directly from our garden and homemade cakes by Mrs Carmen, with table service for drinks.

Sundays and public holidays 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
In the private area “Le Legnaia” it is possible to take advantage of the Hot Spring Spa which is unique in terms of design and the only real SPA for annual outdoor use: the combined action of three factors (heat, hydrostatic push and massage) gives a feeling of relaxation and psychophysical well-being. Imagine, even just for a few moments, that you can feel at peace with the world. This is what you will experience with a Hot Spring Spa. Treat yourself to a moment all to yourself during which, thanks to the warm water and delicate Precision™ jets, you can relax and reconsider your priorities.
The water inside it has a variable temperature depending on the time of year from 37 to 39 degrees.
The Hot Spring Spa is exclusively open to guests of the "Meletto", "Loggia" and "Bosco" accommodations.
For the "Vite", "Nettuno" and "Torre" accommodations, however, it is open by reservation from 2.00 pm to 11.30 pm at a cost of € 10.00 per person/50 minutes, the rental of a SPA bag and bathrobe is also included. The slippers (mandatory) are supplied on request at a cost of €5.00 per pair.
Inside the property, there is a convenient private car park, which is fenced off and protected by a 24-hour video surveillance system. You can access it independently using a code.
Dogs are welcome here, at no daily cost, with the obligation to respect other guests. Owners are required to use a leash in common areas, not to urinate inside the structure and in the access courtyard, as far as possible. We will be happy to indicate the circular route to give your friends the opportunity to do their business peacefully, outside the structure. Due to less than positive pasts, it is not allowed to leave your friends alone in the rooms. The only supplement required is due to the final cleaning (check-out) of the room and washing of the linen. A maximum of two are allowed per room and depending on the size of the dog the supplement per single friend varies from € 25.00 to € 30.00.
To make your stay comfortable, internet connection is very important. For this reason Casa da Carmen has thought of creating a radio link, achieving a good level of continuous connectivity up to 40-45 G.
CHECK-IN: On the day of your arrival, our Family Team will welcome you from 2.00 p.m. to midnight. If you plan to arrive after this time, you must notify us as soon as possible. The applied supplement of €20.00 will be paid directly at check-in.
CHECK-OUT: It must be carried out by 10.30 am on the day of your departure, at the same time the keys, SPA bags with bathrobes and any Room Minibar consumption must be returned. It is our right to go to the room for verification.
LATE CHECK-OUT: you can use the room until the desired time, subject to verification of availability, confirmation by us and the payment of a surcharge on the total cost of the room based on the time you plan to leave the room. With Check-out by 1.00 pm (+30% day/booking cost) & with Check-out by 5.00 pm (+50% day/booking cost), over 5.00 pm (full day/booking cost).
EARLY DEPARTURE: Guests leaving Casa da Carmen before the scheduled departure date will be subject to advance payment equal to 100% of the existing reservation.
